We are an online marketplace of Calgary's favourite local cakes, flowers and gifts with a better delivery experience.  

 

Who prepares all of your Gifts?

All Gifts are prepared by local shops who take great pride in expertly handcrafting each Gift.

 

Placing Orders

Can I order locally in Calgary?

Yes, you can order from Calgary, delivering to a Recipient in Calgary.

We have the best selection of Calgary local Gifts all in one place, making Gifting easy and enjoyable.

 

Can I order from overseas?

Yes, you can order from overseas.You may place your order online from anywhere in the world, and your gift will be delivered here in Calgary.

Can I combine multiple gift in one order?

Yes, you can combine multiple Gifts in one order. If you include multiple Gifts in your order we will deliver your Gifts together at the same time.

Payments

What payment methods does Arrangeit accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, as well as Diners Club, Interac, and Visa Debit.

 

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We exceed industry security standards.

Our payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. To put it simply, any payment information sent to Stripe is sent securely and safely.

We use the same payment methods trusted by thousands of businesses of all sizes across the globe,  including many Fortune 500 companies. 

 

Delivery

What is the cost of delivery? 

We are pleased to offer Delivery starting at $9.99. 

Holidays and seasons may affect delivery prices.

 

Do you offer Same Day delivery?

Yes. We offer Same Day delivery.

There is limited Same Day availability; if the Day/Time is fully-booked, it will not be available to select. 

 

Can I choose when my gift is delivered? 

Yes, you may select your Preferred Delivery Date & Delivery Window. 

Enjoy more flexibiilty and control over when your Gift arrives with Arrangeit's Custom Delivery Windows.

Note: Your Recipient may update their Delivery Window to better suit their availbility.  Delivery Times are confirmed directly with your Recipient. Please provide the accurate phone number for your Recipient. Confirmations are sent by phone/text.

 

How soon can my gift be delivered?

Same Day, Next Day and Scheduled in Advance. You may select a Delivery Date & Time when checking out. 

Cut Off Times:

Same Day: Place your order by 11am Calgary-Time, or as early in the day as possible. Limited Availability

Next Day: Place your next day cake order by 4pm the day before (Calgary-Time).

Scheduled in Advance: You may place your order up to two months in advance.

    

 What are your delivery hours?

Winter Season delivery hours:

Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 6pm (Calgary Time). *Holidays or Seasons may affect delivery hours.

 

 Who will deliver my gift?

Your gift will be delivered with by care by Arrangeit. 

   

Will I be notified when my gift has been delivered?

Yes, upon delivery you will receive an Email Confirmation. You will also be provided with a  link to track your gift and view Photo Confirmation of your Gift at your Recipient's location.

 

Will the receipt be delivered with my gift?

No. Receipts, Billing or Payment information will not be included with your gift. 

Receipts, Billing and Payment Details will only be sent via email, to the email address provided at checkout.

 

What if I want to deliver outside the city?

We deliver outside the city, too (Airdrie, Balzac, De Winton, Priddis, Okotoks, Cochrane, Bragg Creek) 

 

What if my recipient isn't home?

While we do our best to deliver your gift when your recipient is available, we cannot guarantee someone will be available to accept your gift in person.

If your recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery, we will contact you or the recipient to arrange a safe area for your gift.

Delivery times are arranged directly with your recipient. Confirmations are sent by phone/text. Please provide an accurate phone number for your recipient.   

 

What if I am delivering the gift to myself?

On the Delivery form when checking out, fill out your own information. We will deliver the gift right to you.

       

What if I want my gift to be a surprise?

Let us know know in the Special Instructions when checking out and we won’t contact your recipient ahead of time.

Please note: If your recipient isn't available at the time of delivery, we will place your gift on their doorstep and notify you.

 

If you are unable to deliver your gift yourself, Arrangeit is the next best thing. 🥇

Gifts

Who prepares all gifts?

All gifts are prepared by local shops who take great pride in handcrafting each gift. Therefore, delivery windows will vary.

Gift availability will depend on the following:

  1. Business Hours of Operation. Each local business has unique Hours of Operation.

  2. Preparation Time. Each product has a unique preparation time (the time it takes to bake, arrange, wrap, or otherwise prepare your item).

  3. Your Requested Date/Time. You are able to select a requested delivery window when placing your order.

  4. The Recipient's Availability. The recipient's personal best delivery window and location.

 

Cancellations

What if I need to cancel, refund or change my order?

Feel free to contact us at 01 (416) 720-8437 if you need to change or cancel your order.

If you or the person you are gifting isn't happy with your Arrangeit experience, please reach out and let us know.

Refunds: For safety and security reasons, refunds will not be issued for cakes or wholly or partially consumed gift items. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or otherwise defective.

Substitutions and flavour preference are not grounds for a refund. Variances are common in floral and handcrafted items and not grounds for a refund. Product photographs are for inspiration and reference only.  Items will not be identical to product photographs. Refunds will not be granted for items that differ from product photos, within reason. Refunds will not be granted for personal dislike of a particular flavour as flavours and personal preferences are subjective. Refunds will not be granted for buttercream cakes that have been sliced and/or consumed cold, without before reaching room temperature; buttercream cakes, as indicated on the included instruction cards, must come to room temperature to become soft and moist. Refunds will not be granted for items that have been partially or wholly consumed.
